The ethos of the home is to work closely with the residents and their family members to create a tailor made care plan to suit their individual needs and requirements.
Our staff are trained to a high standard and the home is supported by local district nurses and GP’s to allow us to successfully cater for and look after residents on either end of life or palliative care.
All staff have access to continued professional development and are trained to a high standard, this has resulted in a minimal turnover, in fact some of the staff have been with York House for over 20 years.
